Citizens of the following Sub-Saharan African countries are eligible to apply for STARS training.
All PM-STARS applicants must be a citizen of and conduct their training in one of these countries.
PI-STARS applicants may be citizens of any country but must conduct their training and project in one of the countries listed below.
